Core Material Solutions
Pipe Anti-Corrosion Systems: PVDF pipes and fittings offer excellent chemical resistance and good mechanical strength, suitable for transporting various acids, alkalis, and salt solutions. For extreme corrosion conditions, PTFE-lined pipes resist virtually all chemical media including aqua regia and hydrofluoric acid, with a service temperature range of -200°C to 260°C. Lined pipes use tight-bond or loose-lining processes, with lining thickness selected based on pipe diameter and service conditions.
Equipment Lining Protection: PTFE, PFA, and FEP linings are widely used in reactors, storage tanks, columns, and heat exchangers.
